I ordered internet subscription on 22nd September for my apartment.
It was promised that the Fiber optics is installed by week 40 but still I’m waiting and there is no update.
Since I need to work more from home now, I want to cancel this subscription to arrange something else ASAP.
I tried to call your customer service but was not able to reach. Please help me sort this issue as soon as possible.
