I have tried to talk to an agent through the chat for 1 hours now, and the chat keeps kicking me out or tells me that you are not working at the moment or redirect me to mobile chat when I ask for Home service. You really need to fix that chat bot, this is not the first time that this happens for me. 
I completely fed up of the service you provide. I want the cancellation information!!
