Dear Odido Customer Service,

 

We are in the process of transitioning from Ziggo to Odido for our networking. Due to the delay, our house was only installed with Glasvezel today, and we realized that only the Glasvezel was installed and not the installation package, which we have already received. It seems that we should receive an appointment confirmation from Guidion for the installation, but we have not received any communication.

 

We kindly request your assistance in scheduling an appointment with Guidon. Since we have initiated the cancellation process following your emails advising us to cancel our current Ziggo contract, we are concerned about facing a period without network service.

It may take some time for the Odido system to see your Fiber connection. After that you will automatically receive an email from Odido to make an appointment with the Guidion technician for the installation.

Thanks for the prompt response! Do you have approximate timeline? If it’s going to take several weeks for appointment + installation then I probably need to reach out to the current network provider to cancel our cancellation 😅

It can take up to a few days for Fiber to be available but the installation depends on which date Guidion can come.
