We are in the process of transitioning from Ziggo to Odido for our networking. Due to the delay, our house was only installed with Glasvezel today, and we realized that only the Glasvezel was installed and not the installation package, which we have already received. It seems that we should receive an appointment confirmation from Guidion for the installation, but we have not received any communication.
We kindly request your assistance in scheduling an appointment with Guidon. Since we have initiated the cancellation process following your emails advising us to cancel our current Ziggo contract, we are concerned about facing a period without network service.
