When was your installatiedatum and is your modem connected to the original ISRA? And now the globe is off or red?

Yes, DSL connection..Globe is Red.

Please activate. I can see activation date is 10 Jan 2022. But I need internet for my office work and I am not able to do .

The connection will be activated 10 January before 18:00, a moderator could perhaps look into this if activation could take place earlier.

I can indeed see that gridoperator KPN NetwerkNL will activate the line on 10-01-2022. We can't arrange that this date will happen sooner, as this was the first possible date for the gridoperator to activate the line. We also mentioned this when you ordered the subscription. I am sorry that I can't help at this point. When the line is activated, you can install it yourself and enjoy our services!
