Hired Odido to deliver fiber internet to the home I moved in December of 2023.
I made a service subscription in that same month, after many visits from Odido subcontractors VolkerWessels Telecom and their subcontractors Noor infratechniek there is no connection.
I tried to contact all of those parties, including odido multiple times and one just point to the other.
Noor infratechniek, the subcontractor of VolkerWessels came here and digged the front-yard multiple times without being able to connect the house to the network on the street, that apparently it doesnt exist!
They just keep sending people that do not even look into the case history and keep trying to do the same thing.
To make matters worst, they putted in their system that the connection was done, creating even more troubles for me as a customer every time I need to call Odido and explain everything.
I truly don’t know why Odido keeps this type of subcontractors that clearly do not do a good service given that doing some basic search I found many complaints about similar problems.
Still, after many calls to Odido customer service the problem still not fixed and I don’t know if anything is happening in the background since I have not received any feedback on my complaints even when I was “promised” a call back within a week to at least keep me in the loop.
Could someone from Odido with a little bit of proactiveness help with this issue?
