My TV stuck and I unplugged the power cable from the box.
Then I followed the troubleshoot:

especially the step 4 but I cannot get any signal on my tv.
I am pressing all the sources (EXT 1, EXT 2, AV, HDMI) on the remote control of the box and also in the remote control of the TV and nothing comes up.
All the cables are connected properly because I have another IPTV box which plays fine when I connect it to that TV set.
I have tried everything and I am really frustrated now as this goes on for a couple of weeks.

PS: I have sent a message to your customer service for 2 days and no response. Similarly, I was on hold for 30 minutes when calling your customer service.
