I had a sim card from tele2 working for more than a year, ordered an e-sim to migrate to a new Smartphone, tried to active the e-sim but always got error "Can't connect to Network". Called support and they said they would active my e-sim, but it just disabled my sim card and e-sim still does not work. Now I cannot call support and cannot login to odido app/web, so I'm basically locked out of the system without network. Chat support also does not give any response. 

Already tried to restart phone and anything else, old SIM still gives "SIM not provisioned" and new E-sim Still gives "Can't connect to Network", as it's being for the last weeks. If Odido cannot provide a working esim working properly, at least put the sim to work again.

How unfortunate that the eSim isn’t working. Are you in the Netherlands right now? If so, could you visit a Odido store? My colleagues will help you with the activation of the eSim. You can find the nearest shop on this page
