Since the upgrade from t-mobile app to Odido app v8 on iPhone it has not been possible to see anything personal on the app or fix that problem. I cannot add an existing or new subscription, add my first name or contact customer service via the app. N.b. All other customer service does not have a category for the app and the mobiel category does not cater for app questions. Chat is even more useless. Dutch language and no experience of helping with this kind of problem AND blocking access to a human who could help. .
Hi Harris, welcome to our Community! I understand that you would like to use the Mijn Odido app on your iPhone. If I log into Mijn Odido with your e-mail address (that you're using here on the Community), I see an empty account. This means that you haven't added your subscription to it. What happens exactly if you log in to your account and click on 'Bestaand abonnement toevoegen’? Are you getting an error? If yes, which one?

The error message that I get when I try to add an existing subscription is “Het inloggen is mislukt. Probeer het later nog eens. Naar de shop ->”
The error message has been the same for a month. I am running version 8.1.1.
I had more success when using the T-Mobile app (version 7 ?). Then I could see my data usage etc. in the app.
Hi Harris, thanks for giving me the exact error. I see that the app doesn't always shows the same things as the website. Please log in using the webversion of Mijn Odido and try to add your subscription again. It should work this way, otherwise we know it's not just the app.
