When I click "Ik heb nog geen account" in the login page, or go directly to https://www.odido.nl/my/registreren, I get an error saying "403 Forbidden Microsoft-Azure-Application-Gateway/v2".

I chatted with your colleague Shanice on 9 September and I was told to try again in an hour but it still gives me the same error. Could you take a look?

Hi Waqqaas, thanks for your reply. I tried it on my Mac, PC, and iPhone with and without the VPN, but I get the same result. I'm accessing from Spain. Would that be the reason by any chance?

It is also possible to create an account via the Odido app maybe that's an option?


I tried it on the Odido iPhone app, but where I submit my email address, the continue button is grayed out and cannot proceed


Hi @Tsuyoshi Yamada , welcome to our Community! How wonderful that you are currently in Spain? When will you be back in the Netherlands? It seems you can't create the account because you are abroad. You could try to be able to set your VPN to a Dutch address and then try to create an account? If this doesn't work, I would be happy to file a report for you with the technical department. We have a processing time of 14 days, they will then contact you to resolve it! Would you still like to add your email address to your Community account for this? I would love to hear from you if it worked out!


Hi Anouk, thank you for your reply. You are right, I set my VPN to a Dutch server and I was able to log in to Mijn Odido! I don't know why I didn't think of that. I was able to activate the Combi M so that I can have data connection in Spain. Thank you so much for your help!
