I cannot register access to my account at t-mobile aftet migration from pre-paid cards to sim-only. Please help.

I can help with your request. I believe your number is still linked to your older PrePaid account. I have to unlink the older account in order for you to create a new My T-Mobile account. Can you send me a private message with the 06-number it regards, name, birth-date, full address and the last for numbers of your IBAN? You can send me a private message if you click on my name and choose ‘’stuur bericht’’.
