Good morning, 

 

I recently acquired an internet and a Sim only subscription. After adding the internet subscription to my account, it's impossible to link my mobile subscription. I just put my phone number, insert the SMS code and I get this message: Het is niet mogelijk dit mobiele nummer te koppelen.

 

Do someone know how to fix this issue?

I can help you with your request. Can you send me a private message including your name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of your IBAN? If you click on my name you see the option ‘’stuur bericht’’.
