Hi!

I got last weekend a new sim-only subscription with T-mobile. When trying to add the subscription to the t-mobile app, I get an error message saying '’ Het is niet mogelijk dit abonnement te koppelen. Let op: van de abonnementen die je toevoegt moeten wel de persoonlijke gegevens overeenkomen."

I had a different subscription with t-mobile on the app around 2 years ago and I had a different address back then. I then moved countries and stopped the subscription. Now, I am back in the Netherlands and got a new number that I cannot add to the app. I think the problem comes from here.

I will gladly help you out. It looks like your older account is still attached to your number so I will have to delete the older one. Could you send me a private message with your 06-number, name, birth-date, full address and the last 4 numbers of you IBAN? I will get right to it once I get your details.
