Hi, I would like to cancel my 2 subscriptions which are:

  • The home internet subscription
  • My mobile phone subscription

As sad as I am to see you go, I will gladly help you further with cancelling your subscriptions. 

As I work for the Internet + TV department, I can only help you with this part. However, I’m sure either @Pharwin van Odido or @Marciano van Odido will help you with the mobile subscription. 

Cancelling your subscription is always with a one month’s notice. The first possible date is thus, 27-09-2024 is this okay with you? If so, please send me your postal code, zip code, date of birth and the last 4 digits of your bank account number so I can make the arrangements for you.

Hello @francysreymer, I'm happy to help you with the cancellation of your mobile subscription, sorry to see you go! When I search on your email address, I come across the number ending in ***6329. In doing so, I see that you are already out of your contract period. As my colleague Teresa points out, please take into account one month's notice. If I process the cancellation for you today, the earliest it can be stopped is 27/09/24. Do you agree with that or would you like to have the subscription terminated with another date? 

I just need to do an additional verification with you to make sure you are the right person. Then I can process the cancellation for you. I have just sent a verification code by SMS to your number. Can you share it with me and also indicate the date you want the subscription cancelled? Then I will take care of it for you!

@francysreymer Thanks! 30/08/24 is not possible due the month's notice. I can stop the subscription on 27/09/24 at the earliest. Or did you mean 30/09/24? Feel free to let me know what you would like!

@francysreymer No problem! I have just completed the termination for you. The subscription will be cancelled on 27/09/24 and I have also sent you a confirmation email about this. If there is anything else I can do for you, feel free to let me know! 

For your Internet + TV subscription, my colleague @Teresa van Odido  can help you with this. Can you send her a private message with your zip code + house number, birth date and the last 4 digits of your bank account number for verification? Then she can arrange the termination of your Internet + TV subscription!
