I can't login to the app, I always get an error message. I was a Tele2 user, and I need to connect my account to the app.

I tried to contact someone in private message, but I didn't get any answer after almost a week.

I see an empty account on the e-mail address that you're using here on the Community. Are you trying to add only 1 subscription to your My Odido account? Please let me know which error you're getting or what exactly happens. And also, please try adding your subscription to your account on the webversion

It's not that email that I use it for, that's why you can't see anything.

I always get an error at the log in. I tried to log out, and log in again, and now that's a new problem, it always says that my password is wrong. I tried to change it, but the problem is the same. I send you a screenshot about it if that's ok, easier :)

Had you tried changing your password through our website: https://www.odido.nl/my/inloggegevens-opvragen and set a new password? Are you getting the error message only through the app or also through a browser or another device such as a laptop? Could you test that for me a include a screenshot of the error message in this topic? Then we can look with you!

Hi Norbee, thank you for your screenshots and the video! It's odd that you're getting this error while trying to change your password. Please send me a private message with your 06-number, date of birth, zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN. Let's see if I can resolve it for you. Otherwise, we could delete your account. A new one should 100% fix the problem!
