Ik krijg geen abonnement toegevoegd aan my Odido.
Wanneeer ik mijn thuis abonnement wil toevoegen komt er te staan ‘Het is niet mogelijk dit mobiele nummer te koppelen.’ Dit zorgt ervoor dat ik geen inzage krijg in mijn betalingen. Is er iemand wat mijn kan helpen?

Thanks to your colleague helped me yesterday to fix this issue. However, I have created another help request post to deal with another issue. I cant reset my odido account password. Please see:
I On the reset password form, I added my email in order to recive a reset link but I never recive it.
please note that I still have access to my Odido via the app on my mobile.
Can you please help?
