I just resetted my mobile phone and cannot login to my odido account/app since it asks for 2 step verification.
I cannot set it up to my authenticator since I do not have the code or QR code so kindly ask for your help. I am kinda stuck and couldn’t find any option to log in.

No worries! We can adjust this for you by changing it to two-step verification via text message! However, you will then be sent a code by text message that is only valid for 10 minutes. Will it be possible to send the code within 10 minutes? Feel free to give us a shout as soon as you can and we'll take care of the rest!
