My subscription is 10GB +120min for 17.37£ or 20GB +120min for 21.72£, I can change once per month, but on 31 Octorber, I received the invoice of 34.18£ without any extra usage, why that happened?

I called to the customer service but the first staff stopped my call, then I can’t connect to the customer service.

When you login to your my-odido, you can download the invoice specification and seen the details.
