Invoice not showing the extra costs!

I would like a detailed invoice.

I can't see what was the extra costs, the number I have called etc

I only have 

 

Gebruikskosten buiten bundel @Work

Bellen naar het buitenland

On this community you talk with other customers. There is no knowledge on business products.  You can talk to the business servicedesk via 0800-7112. Or send them a written request.
