Status of my order

Hi,

I renewed my subscription last Friday to get a new mobile phone - S24 Ultra to be collected at Rotterdam store.

The order number is 215057981

I am yet to receive a message to collect my order, so I was wondering what is the status? It would be nice if ODIDO can provide a tracking UI. :)

For orders that you want to collect from the store cannot be traced online, if the phone is in stock than you should receive an sms within a few working days to collect your order.
