I requested a subscription with number portability. The portability is done, and I cant use the old SIM anymore, but I didnt receive the SIM yet. So I cant use my phone. How can I solve this? I cant call and the bot chats are useless..

It feels like sending a new simcard for your subscription is the fastest way forward.

In the chatbot you can ask for “medewerker spreken”

If you can visit a nearby T-Mobile shop and explain the situation to them then they can maybe give you a simcard and activate it straight away for you.
