On November 27, I entered into a contract with Odido Online, purchasing an iPhone 13 scheduled for delivery on December 11. During the online contract process, I mistakenly selected the wrong identification ID, resulting in the delivery person being unable to deliver the phone. Upon contacting Odido, they canceled my contract, assuring me a refund within 15 days. Despite numerous follow-ups, they consistently promised a refund in 14 days, but I haven't received it yet. Is there an email address I can use to resolve this issue, as contacting them by phone has proven difficult? Thank you for assisting me.
