From when can ise my new phone?

I renewed my contract with a new phone. I have received the phone but not the sim (physical). Can I already start using my phone with my current sim? The information in the order status and the email communication is not clear.

Hi @Aberdonian ,

You are right. With a renewal you only get the new phone. The sim will remain the same.
