I'm desperate to get this matter to someone's attention who can possibly help. I placed an order on odido online shop to extend my mobile phone subscription with phone   but then i cancelled the order on 3rd September. I've been waiting for a refund of my order since then. I keep calling customer service only to hear that i need to wait. From 3rd September till today, you can do the math. Anyone else had such experience with odido and what shall I do?

Thanks,

Hi Shiraz, good to see that you found the Community! I understand that you'd like your money back as soon as possible. Please fill in your profile; zip code + house number and the last 4 digits of your IBAN. Please also send me your order number, and I'm happy to look into it for you and make sure you receive the refund! 😄

Thank you for your reaction. After 2 months, I am still being bounced around on customer service lines but to no avail. This is some next level incompetence!

I have filled in the information you had asked for. I'll also send you the order number.

Thanks

Hi Shiraz, you're very welcome! Thank you for filling in your profile and sending me your order number. The only thing that is incorrect is the date of birth. It's not the same as the one that's linked to your subscription in our system. Please check this one and fill in the correct one. Then, I can request the refund with the financial department. There is also already a case for you that I will check frequently: 73982488!

I've filled in the date of birth now. Glad to know there is a case open. Btw, I was told the same a month ago but then nothing happened on that case, hence a new one.

Hopefully you'll be able to get this resolved.
