UPDATE: bij nader onderzoek van alle offline-aansluitingen blijkt dat de Media Converter nog niet gereset is. Zorg ervoor dat deze stroomloos gehouden wordt, samen met het modem. In alle gevallen komen de verbindingen dan vanzelf weer online!

I tried these steps already and it did not resolve the problem.

Could you let me know what else to troubleshoot for this problem? I tried turning on/off the modem and media converter multiple times as suggested but no luck.

Hi @Harinish, I went to check for you right away. I have sent for a mechanic. You will be notified about this to schedule an appointment. Hopefully, the mechanic will be able to fix this issue.
