I have been without internet for past 2 weeks now. I have been talking to friendly customer service representative teams but unfortunuately the “technical team” has been very unresponsive and has never gotten back to me

Long story short, after 4 visits from various 3rd party technicians, none of which have been able to rectify the issue and say they will transfer it to another team within KPN. Latest we know is that there is fault in fiber cable under the ground. For the last 3 days now I have not had any update / follow up from ODIDO or KPN. Customer service is constantly saying its forwarding my query to technical service team, but there is no response from anyone. Can anyone tell me how to directly contact the technical service team or KPN directly
