When the Guidion technician installed everything, was the speed good?
It looks like a cable or devices is connected to the LAN port of the router which reduces the speed to a maximum of 100 Mbps.
If you are also not getting more than 100 Mbps via WiFi than you could try to replace the cable between converter and router.
Hi @wa1203, I tried that but it didn’t work I also tried to use wired connection, but it’s the same speed.
Just one thing, the speed isn’t max 100Mbps, it fluctuates between 30Mbps and 150Mbps. When it comes for downloads, it stays max 50Mbps with some spikes of 70Mbps, but when I run any speed check (e.g. https://speed.cloudflare.com/), but goes between 30Mbps and 150Mbps.
The technician wasn’t here when I got the signal, this is because I had an issue and it took over a month to active after the hardware installation.
