My klantnr is VJG45786.
Perhaps the problem started earlier, but have noticed only now at 11:30. Fixed internet is down.
Zyxel T-56, even after restarting ONT + router, router doesn’t come online, ‘Internet’ led is constant red.
ONT leds look good (Power green, PON green, 10G eth green, LOS is dark)
Logging into router’s admin page, it complains about WAN connectivity being down. So it looks like physical link is up, but WAN leg of the router doesn’t have IP address / DNS servers assigned.
Manually clicking on renew DHCP lease doesn’t help, lease not renewed, still no IP / DNS servers.
Called customer support, they couldn’t reach the modem either (no surprise) so they scheduled a mechanic, but I don’t think a DHCP problem will be resolved by the mechanic.
Is there already an ongoing problem? Can this report be looked at by someone who can verify internal configuration as well? (DHCP leases availability, port VLAN assignment, etc.)
