I have no internet and TV for last 12 hours. It is not working even after restarting the modem and media converter multiple times. When I called the customer service this morning, I got to know there is a wide outage problem which affects so many customes in the last 24 hours. I hope this resolves soon.

@Jason it’s the same thing for me. Just resetted everything twice now and still the internet light in the modem is off. I just changed yesterday to T-Mobile and it’s not a great welcoming. Please help me!

I spoke to someone around 7:00 and again at 11:00. The first said I would receive an email in 1 hour to schedule a new appointment for the technician to check. Didn’t receive it. The second said it could take half a day for the email to arrive. In the meanwhile I have no internet and no TV.

I just want to have someone take a look at it, because at this point I don’t even know what the problem is. To be honest, I’m starting to think I should’ve never switched providers.
