The installation date has passed but the WAN light/internet are not on. I had setup the modem based on the video instructions and am sure the cabling is as expected, with the original cables. I still have no internet. I have trouble reaching the telephone customer line, I do not understand what is being asked from the automate. Can you please help me by checking the line and sending a technician right away?
