I have an issue with my internet since yesterday.
- PON light flashing on Huawei media connector. Reboot did not fix.
- Zyxel Router showing red light in Internet. Reboot did not fix.
I have seen the same happening in other thread:
This indicates a problem on the switch (operator) side.
I have called customer support and it is reported it may take days (!) to fix it. The support attendant also offered me a SIM card as a workaround, but I need a permanent solution. I depend on internet to do my job, I cannot afford days of waiting for this. It seems to be a simple issue to fix on the switch side, or maybe replace the media connector. In any case I need a fast solution. Please help!
