Internet and Wi-Fi are not working since 18:00 on 25/03/2020.

I have restarted my modem multiple times.

Good morning @Hoocha,

Did you only restart the modem by switching it off and on again? You could try to pull the electricity plug out of the socket for about a minute or do a factory reset on the back of the modem. If you have fiber with a Huawei or Zyxel you also could pull the electricity plug from the socket for a minute as well. If this does not work or you already tried this, please let me know in this topic. 


I have tried all of these options. Unplugged everything. Done the factory reset as well. TV is Working but nothing else.
