Please help resolve this

Do you have a DSL or fiber connection?

You can check in your T-Mobile thuis account under actuele storingen if there are any issues on the KPN network.

Also try to leave the mediaconverter or modem without power for about a minute.

@Nishant.hedaoo We are currently experiencing an outage in a very select part of Amsterdam. We’re working to resolve this as quickly as possible, my apologies for the inconvenience!

I live in nieuw-west and have also been disconnected since this morning. I have to work from home and this is really disrupting for my job.

Try resetting your mediaconverter or modem often.
