A ticket regarding your case has already been opened up - on Friday. You'll receive a notification once it's been updated, shortly. Our current processing time is 1 to 3 working days. Our technical department and mechanics are free on Sundays so that's why you haven't received an update yet.
Is there any update?
if you can’t fix it by today, please cancel my contract.
I have been without internet for 3 days now. This is not why I switched to odido.
