Good afternoon , I don't know who can help here but my internet is not working for more than two months now and I called 100 times odido and kpn because they are the fiber provider and also the company they hired to fix the fiber problems and they keep postponing the appointment because they say the problem is complicated and they can't fix it . so my question here what kind of problem that takes more than two month to just connect new fiber wire !! I gave up on this honestly and that's the worst experience with internet company I ever had ! I need someone to really help me with that and not just put me on hold and transfer me to someone else like what the customer service do to me when I call them .

Hi Cheyenne , I had literally more than 8 appointments and every time they came they say we can't fix it and we will make new appointment , two month of me canceling my work and wait home for them to come fix It but they don't really care and they just push it aside because its not easy work to do ! I mean if 3 companies ( Odido & Kpn & the company that work for kpn ) can't fix wire problem in two months then they are not working the right way . and iam really fed up with calling and calling and everyone just tells me we will call you again later and at the end nothing happens. so at least odido should do this and call kpn to get it done for me since I am their customer and paying for two months now for no internet ! this is not acceptable at all from a professional company

Hi , yea they told me that unfortunately this is the first possible date, but i also want you to talk to them to make sure that this time it will be really fixed because every time they disappoint me and couldn’t fix it after waiting weeks for the appointment.
And yes please send me a 4g router as soon as possible because i have been using my phone hotspot and its not fast enough and also by using it for two months now and my iPhone battery health went from 83% to 77% .

as we agreed i was supposed to have appointment yesterday and they called me at 5pm to cancel it and they said that they will come today at 8 am , no one came and they cancelled it again! Iam not going to make another appointment with them because this is rude behaviour to treat me like my time doesn’t matter! So more than 3 months now to get it fixed! I will not receive appointments again and i want to cancel my subscription since no one is trying to do anything about it !

Hello, I contacted odido and Kpn and the company that has partnership to fix fiber problems , and let me tell you that no one is helping me or giving me answers!
First of all the 30 days you gave me are almost finished and nothing happened . I still have no internet for 4 months now and even the temporary one they send me messages today that it will expire today
you told me you will terminate my subscription for free if they couldn’t fix the problem in 30 days , but is it even enough to just get me in return after all this waiting ! Like i trusted odido and relied on their internet and waited for months and my work and everything got effected and what i get in return after all of that is just free cancellation of my subscription!
i really regret being a customer at odido because of the stress i got in making calls and emails for months

Nobody contacted me and they should have my number because i call them every week at least twice ! Also i called odido yesterday twice to ask them to give my number to kpn since they are saying they can’t reach me and they put me in hold then they hang up the phone or they tell me we call you back and they don’t, so i don’t understand what to do now its like i dont have anything in my life but to contact you guys everyday and iam sick of it so if someone should do something its odido not me that should take action because iam your customer

Okay iam waiting for anyone to contact me but i already dont trust their words anymore that they dont have the ability to fix it and they are small company with unprofessional people because no internet problem whatever the problem is to take 4 months to fix ! So anyway 10 days left for The 30 days you gave me and after that i will cancel my subscriptions with odido and get my refund and i should get reward for being patient for months which no one should be that patient and still paying every month for no internet

Good afternoon, until this moment nobody called me or try to reach me and that’s shows how they are not responsible at all and careless because they just make excuses and i don’t understand why to be honest!
i think thats it i tried everything with you guys and i was patient for months to not lose me as customer but unfortunately it wasn’t appreciated and iam sure iam not the only case and i will get my rights back after cancelling my subscription too .
