I am writing second time here due to no one answering and looks doing anything!

My internet gone and I am working from home, calling the customer service asking me which light blinking, wifi or cable are you connection. I understand he is doing own job but cmon how you cannot see the my specs in your side, you looks have terrible technology!

And just saying you will wait we create ticket, why I paying non usable internet. Why you not talking about to help me like give internet or do something??

I also see other people write and you tell looking, how you looking? You don’t have anything to check my connection, you don’t have own techinal guy to look detail, you will just call another company to look it! What is this company doing than, counting money changing fancy name is thats all?
