Hello,

I do not have internet at home from Oct 17. I called customer service 4 times but I still do not get a proper answer. They say that I have to wait for 3 days. Well, I waited 15 days but still no internet. I have the voucher but this does not solve the problem. Customer service says the issue with the KPN network. But I think no one is taking action from KPN side and also no one follow up from Odido side. 
I was patient but now I'm not, will you guys fix the issue or not? 

if the issue is not fixed then you should refund the money! 
 

Hi @Gobinath, thanks for starting this topic. I have checked your file right away and I can see that we are waiting on KPN NetwerkNL to fix the issue. What I did to help is ask our technical department to escalate the issue. Hopefully now KPN NetwerkNL will work on this matter with urgency. KPN NetwerkNL needs to activate the line properly. I will keep an eye on this!

When you are back online, please let me know. I will then refund this exact periode!


Hi Thanks for the response. I think your escalation worked. Technician for KLM came to check the issue  last Friday 1 November and he fixed the problem. I kindly request you to process refund for the period my Internet was down.
