Hi, 

After I installed everything my self, there wasn't any internet. I've called the customerservice they made an appointment and the guy came to my house and he changed everything from cables to the wall outlet . And he said everything is good now .

He went out and still no internet connection.

The both wifi lights are green 2.4GHZ and 5GHZ .

Still no internet it's been a month and its pissing me off.

I need help or I have to cancel the subscription !!

Hi @alim0, our planning tried to call you to make an appointment with a mechanic. Keep an eye on your phone and we’ll get a mechanic over as soon as possible! :wink:  


Can you make an appointment via E-mail because I'm the translator and I'm a little bit busy these days, and the client can't speak Dutch or English.


@alim0 According to the technicians, KPN has made an appointment with your client. The date is set on January 8th between 12 PM and 2 PM. Is this correct?
