Hello,

I have an internet connection after the installation (18/9/2023). The technician didn't even stay to see the internet connection. I am calling 2 days now and nobody is answering.  

Please could you help me to solve the problem?

There seems to be no Fiber signal, a moderator has to send a technician to solve this.

What you could try is removing the power from the black ONT on photo 2 for around 5 seconds.
