What is with the international costumer that cannot understand Dutch yet, even if we work for Dutch companies specify hired from abroad, you are not following the EU language policies established With EU agreements  I get no support When in trouble with your service  

Seems that no settings have this options and I feel discriminated as costumers, never had issues in any other country also as T mobile costumer . I will have to pass to all other communities that in fact yiu are only thi King of ducth costumer

Well @Fruto31 I don’t know about EU regulations if T-Mobile is obliged to be bi lingual Dutch and English but don’t complain too much as in the Netherlands an incredible lot of information is given in Dutch, English, Turkish, Arabic and so on. A lot of people speak English quite well and are willing to help you here.

Compare that to a lot of other countries in Europe where they barely speak foreign languages and even are not willing to do so.

This is my personal opinion of course, I’m a T-Mobile customer, just like you.
