A move has to be reported atleast 4 weeks before you are actually moving, this can be done via your Odido account.
For a fiber installation a technician is always required to install the mediaconverter and router, activation of the mediaconverter and administration may also be required.
At your new addres you'll subscribe to a new 1 year contract and if you are out of contract than you can choose for another provider without having to pay a fine for the remaining months.

You are still in your contract term until 01-09 but you can simply submit a move through My Odido and all should be well. If I can help you with anything else, please let me know!
