Hi All,

After searching for several months, we have finally managed to arrange a new apartment. Unfortunately this information comes on shor notice and we will be moving into this new place from Tuesday. Is there a way to migrate my current internet to the new address so that we will have internet from the day we move in?

Is there any information I can provide to expedite this process?

If your current subscription is out of contract then the fastest way is to take a new subscription for your new address I think. A move of address needs to be submitted 4 weeks before your move of address.
