I try to activate the extra speed via customer benefit, but I cannot find it because I can realize that. Attempted to contact via 0900-0092, but the connection is simply interrupted after waiting for 40 minutes. Very strange that it should take so long, but really ridiculous that I am just thrown out ???

However, I still have no answer how I can activate the extra speed now?!?
