There is outage in every month that too in the working hours. It is stopping work as we do work from home.
Dates: 31/01/23, 20/02/23, 16/03/23. Everytime it stays for couple of hours and happens suddenly which makes me drop from ongoing call or performing a task. I loose salary for this outage while Tmobile deducts exact monthly subscription value. I did not complain for 2 months but this is third time in a row.

Hi @ds06, thanks for making a topic about this, to improve your connection it really helps to provide this feedback. Sorry for the outage. The networkoperator KPN NetwerkNL had a small outage in your local area. It is hard for me to track if they had an outage on the 31st and 20th as well. If you received an email from us about an outage then it was a problem with the networkoperator the last two outages as well.

We’re definitely going to evaluate this with the network operator, we want to do everything within our power to keep your connection as fast and stable as possible!
