No Internet connection, the LOS light blinks red. I've been through the reset process, checked all cables nothing works.

Isn't there any way to contact support during off hours, are you supposed to just wait with a non-functioning service until next day?

Obviously I want to get you back online as soon as possible. So I immediately checked for you and saw that you had been in contact with our customer service team. You have requested a technician. I have sent the technician to you. You will receive a message to make an appointment with Guidion. Can you give me feedback after the appointment? Thank you in advance! 


Will do, though to be honest, so far I'm rather unimpressed about the Odido support. No availability to report the service disruption in the evening, then it takes 5 hours just to get an email with the link where you can look for a service engineer, and by then of course the earliest availability is only next day.

So the Internet is down from Sunday afternoon, the service engineer is booked for Tuesday morning. Let’s see how that goes.

(And for accuracy, you didn't actually “immediately checked”, this only happened the day after the problem was reported).
