internet connection disappears randomly

Hi there! 

Since the activation of our abonnement (14/02), the internet connection disappears randomly throughout the day, the world icon turns off, then it becomes red and eventually it turns green again. With 4 people in the house working and doing exams it is quite frustrating to experience this. 

Is there anything that can be done? 

We are in Amsterdam- Geuzenveld area.

@SofiaMalokaj Welcome at the Community! I see that you already planned an appointment with the technician from Guidion on February 21th. I'm sure that after this appointment the Internet will be working great again! :muscle_tone2:

    Ik reageer niet meer op privéberichten. Per 1 juni 2025 niet meer werkzaam als moderator. Voor vragen, maak een topic aan. De andere moderators helpen je dan zo snel mogelijk verder.
