Hi there! 

Since the activation of our abonnement (14/02), the internet connection disappears randomly throughout the day, the world icon turns off, then it becomes red and eventually it turns green again. With 4 people in the house working and doing exams it is quite frustrating to experience this. 

Is there anything that can be done? 

We are in Amsterdam- Geuzenveld area.
