Hi, 

I get an starter pack for my home Internet and someone called me on my telephone to make an appointment for installation, but it was KPN, I didn't get Internet contact from KPN, why they called me? Maybe they have to do something with optical fiber?

Is the fiber cable allready installed in your house in a fiber connection box? If not than this will be done by KPN.
