My internet does not work. So i contact T-mobile, then i have a person from Guidion come and check, then he said it is a problem with Optical Fiber cable. And pass this to KPN

The problem is that for 2 days KPN didnt contact me at all, and i asked T mobile customer service and they said they dont know when and they cannot ask anyone for this

i cant even get temporary unlimited internet because i DONT have a Tmobile sim card

i am without internet for 4 days and could be last till next week since it is Thursday Already,

At least, TMOBILE or KPN needs to give me an APPOINMENT  to fix it

Can someone help to advise me who should i contact for this? 
i hAve to work online and it is so difficult
