Hi!

house internet is not working for 7 days and no feedback about when it’s gonna be fixed or when technician will come. Only known detail is that there’s a central problem.

i had no idea I can get a voucher?! Already spent extra on my mobile data as I don’t use unlimited.

Any advise - welcome
