My home connected is completely off since Friday May 21st and I contacted TMobile service 3 times. After 3 days I still got no email from you to set an appointment for a service man to visit the equipments.
Not to mention that getting and appointment and sending the service man will take another week.
Is this the way you provide service to your customers !!!!???
P.S. Huawei Media Converter PON light is blinking and the usual turning off for 30 seconds, restarting, factory resets …. didn’t help.
