Geen internet verbinding, modem meerdere keren van de stroom afgehaald. geen storing bekend in mijn regio.

Hi @gabrielle1986, goed dat je hiervoor een topic bent gestart.

Ik heb zojuist een lijnmeting gedaan en hier ziet alles er goed uit. Ben je inmiddels weer online of nog niet?

 

Hey @Bobo22, could you tell me what the lights on the ONT look like? 

1.    Is the WAN light on the modem lit continuously green? 
2.    Is the Power light on the ONT lit?
3.    How is the LOS light lit? (flashing fast (4x per second), flashing slowly (1x per second), off)
4.    How does the PON light illuminate (flashing, lit continuously, off)?

Apologies for the english. But i’m having the same problem in Amsterdam Oost. ‘Internet’ icon has a red light and no internet for a few hours at least.

 

No loose cables, tried restarting a few times, no luck.
